What We Collect (and Why)

When you fill out a form on our website or contact us directly, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and occasionally your address (for deliveries, event inquiries, etc.).

We only collect the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) you give us voluntarily. We use it only to respond to your request, deliver your order, or keep you updated—but only if you’ve asked us to.

How We Store Your Data

Your submitted info is sent directly to our secure email inbox and is not stored in a database long-term. We do not share, sell, rent, or give your information to anyone outside our team, unless legally required to do so.

We take your privacy seriously, but please note: no method of communication or storage is ever 100% secure. We’ll always do our best to protect your information.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact information (like form submissions and email inquiries) for up to 1 year, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. There may be rare exceptions if the law requires us to keep it longer.

Once we no longer need your information, we delete it from our records as described above.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

If you currently have an open order with us, we may need to hang onto your info until that order is completed. Once that’s done, we’ll process your deletion request within the 10-day timeframe.

The internet talks about cookies a lot (though honestly, we would’ve called them donuts). But not many sites explain what cookies actually do. As for our site: we use cookies to understand how visitors interact with our pages so we can make your experience better. We currently use basic tracking tools provided by Wix, and we do not collect or store personal information through cookies ourselves. If this ever changes, we’ll update this policy.
