What We Collect (and Why)

When you fill out a form on our website or contact us directly, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and occasionally your address (for deliveries, event inquiries, etc.).

We only collect the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) you give us voluntarily. We use it only to respond to your request, deliver your order, or keep you updated—but only if you’ve asked us to.

How We Store Your Data

Your submitted info is sent directly to our secure email inbox and is not stored in a database long-term. We do not share, sell, rent, or give your information to anyone outside our team, unless legally required to do so.

We take your privacy seriously, but please note: no method of communication or storage is ever 100% secure. We’ll always do our best to protect your information.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact information (like form submissions and email inquiries) for up to 1 year, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. There may be rare exceptions if the law requires us to keep it longer.

Once we no longer need your information, we delete it from our records as described above.

Your Rights

If you currently have an open order with us, we may need to hang onto your info until that order is completed. Once that’s done, we’ll process your deletion request within the 10-day timeframe.

Cookies & Analytics

The internet talks about cookies a lot (though honestly, we would’ve called them donuts). But not many sites explain what cookies actually do. We won’t go too deep into it—because again, donuts > cookies—but if you're curious, check out http://www.aboutcookies.org/ or http://www.allaboutcookies.org/. You can also manage cookie settings through your browser.

 

As for our site: we use cookies to understand how visitors interact with our pages so we can make your experience better. We currently use basic tracking tools provided by Wix, and we do not collect or store personal information through cookies ourselves. If this ever changes, we’ll update this policy.

Here’s the kind of info we can currently see:

  • Your path – What page you started on, where you clicked next, and when you left

  • Time – How long you spent on each page and the time of day you visited

While we’re all about keeping things casual and friendly, this section includes some important information about how our website works, what you can expect, a few ground rules, and where the legal sprinkles go.

Use of Our Website

By using our site, you agree to be a respectful human being and not use it for anything illegal, misleading, or just plain weird. Please don’t attempt to hack the site, send spam, impersonate others, or misuse the site in any disruptive way.

Content & Ownership

Everything on this site, photos, logos, text, etc., belongs to us (unless otherwise credited). Please don’t reuse or copy it without our permission. If you want to share or feature us somewhere, just ask! We're usually pretty excited about that kind of thing.

Ordering Donuts and Contact Submissions

If you submit a form or inquire about placing an order (whether through the site or by contacting us), you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to share it (i.e., you're not giving us someone else’s info). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders or requests if something doesn’t seem right.

We may link out to third-party services like DoorDash for delivery. When you use those services, you’re agreeing to their terms, not ours - so make sure to review their policies before ordering. While we’re not responsible for delays, mix-ups, or technical issues on their platforms, we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Events, Catering, Storefront Policies, and Traveling Donuts

We do participate in fairs and other events, as well as cater for weddings. We offer forms through our site to request more information. If you submit a request, please make sure your information is accurate. Submitting a request does not guarantee anything - we’ll review and respond as soon as we can.

Our storefront has its own hours and availability, which may differ from our trailer or event schedule. All in-store purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated. If something isn’t right, please let us know. We always want to make it right when we can.

Our mobile trailer moves around, so our location may change. We do our best to keep hours and locations up to date here and on social media, but our Facebook page typically has the most current information.

Allergen Disclaimer

While we take care in how we prepare and store our products, we can’t guarantee any items are completely allergen-free.

​

If you have severe allergies, please use your best judgment and reach out before visiting. We’d be happy to walk through the ingredients with you and highlight any potential concerns.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the website up and running and the info accurate, but we can’t guarantee perfection: we’re only human. We’re not liable for any damages or issues resulting from technical errors, broken links, or (worst of all) a typo on a donut name.

Likewise, we aren’t responsible for the performance or policies of third-party platforms, like DoorDash, even if we link to them.
